Goat Cheese Salad




Boston lettuce
Goat cheese
Dried Cranberries
Sliced almonds or pumpkin seeds
Cherry balsamic vinegar
Olive oil










Separate lettuce leaves and wash and dry them on a paper towel.  Spread out the leaves on a large serving plate.  Crumble small lumps of goat cheese over the leaves. Add cranberries and pumpkin seeds (or almond slices). Sprinkle cherry vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt to taste.
