Baked Shrimp



2 pounds raw shrimp shelled and divined 
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
5-6 garlic gloves
1 tablespoon fresh dill 
1 tablespoon of white dry wine (optional)







Combine butter, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, finely chopped garlic and dill in a saucepan. Stir the ingredients over low hit until the butter melts then remove from heat. Place shrimp in a baking dish and pour the prepared sauce over the shrimp. Bake in preheated to 450 degrees oven for 12 minutes (8-9 minutes for small/medium size shrimp) or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Serve warm.
