100 gram walnuts or peanuts
2 tbs cacao powder or Chocolit Elite
3 tbs milk
1 tbs instant coffee
2 tbs condensed milk (boiled condensed milk - varenka)
50 gram dark chocolate
200 gram unsweetened butter, chopped into small (1/2 inch) pieces
Crumble cookies into half inch pieces. Roast walnuts in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, let cool, take nuts out of shells and then chop coarsely and mix with cookies.

To make the chocolate 'batter':
In a medium bowl mix cacao powder and sugar, stir in the milk and coffee and mix well. Bring to boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Make sure the mixture doesn't get burned at the bottom of the bowl. Add condensed milk and chocolate and stir well.

Once it starts boiling turn off the heat, let it cool a bit and mix in butter.

Add cookie and nut mix into chocolate batter a little at a time, and mix well, Continue adding cookie and nut mix until you get a thick and rich consistency.
Lay plastic wrap over the table surface and put the chocolate mixture onto the plastic, form a roll and wrap with the plastic. Put into freezer for a few hours.
Remove plastic and cut into slices about 1/2 inch thick to serve.
