14 oz (400 gram) farmers cheese (not too dry and not too watery)
3 Eggs
3-4 table spoons of sugar
1 pinch of salt
4 table spoons of flour (if farmer cheese is on a watery side, then use 5 tbsp)
1 tbsp of Vanilla extract optional

Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
Use mixer to blend farmers cheese with sugar until sugar dissolves. Add egg yolks and mix well. Then add flour and salt and whisk until smooth.

Separately beat egg whites until the mass becomes white and firm. Combine egg whites with syrnikis batter and mix carefully.

Bake in the sprayed with oiled
cap cake pan for 30 -35 minutes.
You can dust the syrnikis with confection sugar or cover with chocolate icing.
