Backed Chiken in Soy Sauce and Honey



1 Chicken about 2.5 - 3 lbs
1 medium size onion
2 garlic cloves
3 tbs honey
2 teaspoons ginger powder
2 teaspoons Simply Asia spices mix (optional)
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
4 tbs Soy Sauce
1 - 0.5 teaspoon Sriracha sauce













Chop onion and mince garlic and mix with the rest of the ingredients




















Spoon the mixture over chicken and let it marinate in the fridge for an hour. Then turn the chicken and rub it with the mixture again and let it stand for another hour. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake chicken for 30 minutes, then lower heat to 380 degrees and bake for additional 30 minutes or until it reaches 160 degrees temperature inside. You can add a cup of chicken broth when you reduce the temperature to have more gravy.
